What We Did
To meet the energy demands of Galana Energies Petrol Station, we provided a comprehensive solution that integrates solar power with hybrid technology. Our team designed and installed a state-of-the-art solar power system that includes:
30pcs Solar Panels (550W each): The installation began with the setup of 30 high-performance 550W solar panels, covering a substantial roof area of the site and ensuring an optimized energy production capacity.
3pcs Hybrid Solar Inverters (10kW each): The next phase involved installing three 10kW hybrid inverters. These inverters convert DC electricity from the solar panels into AC power suitable for the station’s operations, while also managing the integration of grid power and backup generator power.
3pcs Lithium-Ion Batteries (16.07kWh each): To ensure reliable energy storage, we installed three 16.07kWh lithium-ion batteries. These batteries provide the station with backup power, ensuring smooth operations even during periods of cloud cover or at night. The batteries were paralleled together for increased capacity and efficiency.
Automatic Changeover System: Our team also developed an automatic changeover switch that seamlessly transitions between three different power sources: the 50kVA generator, KPLC grid power, and the solar system. This changeover system guarantees that Galana Energies always has a continuous, stable power supply.
Installation Process
Day 1-2: Panel Installation: We began with the installation of the 30 solar panels, ensuring proper alignment and wiring for optimal performance. Our expert technicians worked meticulously to mount the panels and connect them to the system's inverter and storage components.
Day 3-4: Inverter and Battery Installation: Over the next two days, we installed the three 10kW hybrid inverters and connected them to the three 16.07kWh lithium-ion batteries. The inverters were paralleled to create a balanced 30kW 3-phase solar system. The automatic changeover system was also configured to ensure seamless switching between the power sources without any manual intervention.
